‘सहकारिता’, ‘अग्निवीरो’ को सम्बल दे सकती है



                          जब 75% अग्निवीर अपनी सेवा समाप्त करने के बाद समाज के भीतर वापस अपने दैनिक जीवन यापन के लिये आगे बढेगे तब उनके रोजगार के प्रति विश्वास बहाली के लिये सरकार के साथ-साथ समाज को भी आगे आकर उनको सह्योग करने की आवश्यकता होगी.

                       वर्ष 2021 मे भारत की केंद्र सरकार ने सहकारिता मंत्रालय के रूप मे एक नये मंत्रालय का निर्माण किया. जिसके अंतर्गत राज्यो के सहकारिता कानूनो को ध्यान मे रखते हुये केंद्रिय सहकारिता के नियमो को तैयार किया जा रहा है. सरकार का फोकस गावो मे रहने का अनुमान है. जिस प्रकार से वर्तमान मे गांवो के भीतर छोटे-छोटे किसानो के समूहो के रूप मे FBO का निर्माण किया जा रहा है. जिससे छोटे किसानो को इसका सिधा लाभ मिल रहा है. उसी प्रकार अग्निवीरो को भी सेवा समाप्त होने के बाद उसका हिस्सा बनाया जा सकता है.  

                       सेना मे भर्ती होने वालो मे गांवो के युवाओ का प्रतिशत अधिक होता है. जिसको ध्यान मे रखते हुये केंद्रिय सहकारिता की नीतियो मे अग्निवीरो को विशेष स्थान दिया जा सकता है. सहकारी समितियो के निर्माण के समय अग्निविरो के रूप मे सेवा देने वाले युवाओ को समिति मे स्थान देने मे प्राथमिकता दी जा सकती है. या समिति के निर्माण के समय अग्निवीरो के लिये एक स्थान आरक्षित किया जा सकता है. या सेवा निव्रित्त अग्निवीरो के द्वारा सहकारिता समिति बनाने पर विशेष अधिकार और सुविधाओ की घोषणा की जा सकती है. सहकारिता के माध्यम से समाज के भीतर रोजगार के अवसर का भी निर्माण हो सकेगा. जिससे युवाओ मे भी आत्मविश्वास का निर्माण होगा.

                        समाज का सकारात्मक व्यवहार और सरकार का सहयोग युवाओ को अग्निपथ योजना के माध्यम से अग्निवीर बनने के लिये प्रेरित करेगा. युवाओ के बीच समाज और देश के प्रति विश्वास भी बढेगा. युवाओ को देश सेवा के लिये प्रेरित करने के साथ ही उनके भीतर विश्वास जगाने की भी जरुरत है. ताकि वे देश सेवा को भी तन्मयता के साथ कर सके और यदि 4 वर्ष बाद किसी कारण से 75% मे होने के कारण उन्हे वापस आना पडे तो उन्हे समाज और सरकार का पुरा सहयोग मिल सके.

‘Cooperative’ can support 'Agniveers’.

                                           When 75% of Agniveers after completing their service will go back to their daily living within the society, then the government as well as the society will need to come forward and cooperate with them to restore confidence in their employment.

                                               In the year 2021, the Government of India created a new ministry in the form of the Ministry of Cooperation. Under which the rules of central cooperative are being prepared keeping in mind the cooperative laws of the states. The focus of the government is estimated to be in the villages. The way FBOs are currently being formed within the villages in the form of small groups of farmers. Due to which small farmers are getting direct benefit from it. Similarly, Agniveers can also be made a part of the service after it is over.

                                               Among those who join the army, the percentage of youth of the villages is high. Keeping this in mind, Agniveers can be given a special place in the policies of the Central Cooperative. At the time of formation of cooperative societies, priority can be given to the youth who serve as firefighters in the society. Or a place can be reserved for Agniveers at the time of formation of the committee. Or special rights and facilities can be announced by the retired Agniveers on forming a cooperative society. Employment opportunities will also be created within the society through cooperatives. Due to which self-confidence will also be built in the youth.

                                                   The positive behavior of the society and the cooperation of the government will motivate the youth to become Agniveer through Agneepath scheme. Confidence in the society and country will also increase among the youth. Along with motivating the youth to serve the country, there is also a need to instill confidence in them. So that they can do the service of the country with dedication and if they have to come back after 4 years due to being in 75%, then they can get full support of the society and the government.
